This is an incredibly exciting time at MM.LaFleur, so if you're ready to get on the rocket ship, read on. We're growing on all fronts, and we're hiring creative minds to help build out our social strategy. In short, we're looking for a social media superstar who can bring the personality and voice of our brand to the mass digital audience. You should be a strategic, creative thinker who is ready to build and execute digital programs from day 1. You should also be well-versed in the social media industry—but willing to think beyond the status quo to help MM become a shining unicorn in a sea of "just okay."

What will you do?

  • Grow and develop our social media presence, assisting with all aspects of social media marketing.
  • Build a loyal, engaged follower base across all social media channels, optimizing engagement and promoting brand advocacy.
  • Collaborate with our copy and graphic design teams to create custom social content.
  • Be a key player in our broader marketing team, helping to translate marketing campaigns and initiatives to the social media sphere.

What skills do you have?

The ideal candidate is an experienced social media executor, having implemented cross-channel campaigns, as well as single-channel growth strategies. You have a proven track record of increasing follower count, while maintaining industry standard levels of engagement. This role presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to come in and develop an innovative social program that goes beyond mere best practices.   • 2-3 years of social media and/or community management experience
  • Strong writing skills and genuine enjoyment of the English language (grammar nerds welcome); can execute and build on brand tone, voice, and personality
  • Excellent aesthetic taste and vision for how to develop MM.LaFleur's visual identity on social media
  • Well-versed in the traditional social tools, i.e. Hootsuite, Buzzsumo, Tailwind, etc
  • Ability to assist with campaign planning across all channels, as well as execution & analysis
  • Strong analytical skills; can interpret campaign performance results to derive optimization strategies
