As a Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in a wide variety of technology areas, including networking and telecommunications, industrial systems, Internet of Things and connected devices, vehicle and transportation systems, and traditional cyber computing operations. Along with your talent and drive for creating impactful, innovative solutions, you will be developing applications and frameworks using C++, C, Java and working on a variety of platforms, including Windows, Linux, and Unix.   


What will you need?

Having skills in scripting such as Python, Bash, and Gradle will help you expedite and test your capabilities. As a full spectrum engineer, having the ability to apply, develop and integrate leading technologies in databases, WiFi, Android, containerization, virtualization and critical infrastructure are crucial.  Most important of all, you should have a desire to accept seemingly impossible technical challenges, working through research and proof of concepts, demonstrating, productizing, integrating and fielding your product with cutting edge teams.

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • Experience with application development, and experience in the following programming, scripting and query languages: C, C++, Assembly (Intel, Motorola, and/or PowerPC), Java, Pen, Python, C Shell, Bash, and SQL
  • Demonstrated experience with:
    • WiFi development and integration on Linux Platforms
    • Documenting component designs within a High Level Design document
    • Planning and developing component integration test
  • Must understand development of requirements to implementation through design, and have the ability to deliver capability needs from initial proof of concept to deployed product
  • BS degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.  Four (4) years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted in lieu of a BS degree.
  • Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
