Our frontend software engineers architect, design, and implement the user interfaces of our web applications used by millions of people.


  • Architect, implement, and iterate on frontend designs and user interactions
  • Working closely with designers and product engineers to ship early and often
  • Build efficient and reusable front-end systems and abstractions
  • Participate in design and code reviews, as well as deal with day-to-day issues
  • Maintain and build upon frameworked Javascript code


  • At least two years of full-time engineering experience
  • Expert in Javascript, HTML and CSS; able to create elegant and maintainable code
  • Experience with modern Javascript libraries and tooling
  • Penchant for cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance
  • Good understanding of service-oriented architecture and associated components

Bonus (please indicate if you have any experience with the following):

  • Experience with frontend “MVC” design patterns and frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
  • Experience with automated end-to-end and unit testing - test runners (Karma, etc.), assertion libraries (QUnit, Chai, etc.), and clients (Selenium, PhantomJS, SlimerJS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with server-side MVC web frameworks, such as Django or Ruby on Rails
  • Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities; responsive and mobile experience
  • Experience working with ES6


This is a full-time role onsite in our New York City headquarters. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate remote or contract work.
