Thousands of real estate agents have chosen RealScout to help convert $20 leads into $10,000 commission checks. We amass hundreds of data points on every single property, track buyer preferences and behavior, and expose analytics and insights to agents so they can appear super-human to their clients.
We're backed by Joe Lonsdale (Palantir founder), Ken DeLeon (2012's #1 Realtor) and several others - $7m to date .
ABOUT THE TEAM
We value continuous improvement and having fun . We have a small team focused on shipping great product and being the #1 engineering team in real estate. We believe in sharing knowledge - whether it be through pair programming, speaking at and attending meetups, holding weekly Lunch & Learns, or Hack Days every other Friday.
We're open source across the stack - Ruby on Rails, AngularJS, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, Redis with a bit of Python and ReactJS - and welcome new technologies that best fit the problem at hand.
From CSS to Rails to SQL - you revel in it all. Eager to learn and curious to find elegant solutions, you're happy to own each feature from front to back. You love working on a small team where you can make an impact from design through implementation to deploy. Who knows, you may even be tinkering with iOS or Android and help build our next mobile app.
You're also not afraid to dive deep into the internals of ElasticSearch APIs and/or tackle statistical analyses/machine learning to deliver the best homes to our home buyers and insights to our agents.
We'd love to hear from you with a resume and note about how you see yourself fitting in on the RealScout team . Feel free to mention any online presence you may have (Github, Twitter, Stackoverflow, etc) and provide links to any of your open source projects, blogs, or anything else you think helps convey your interests and abilities.
