We're looking for mid-level engineers who want to make an impact. We want to make a difference in the lives of those falling between the cracks of the current healthcare system, and could use all the help we can get reimagining last mile healthcare delivery.
*If you want to tackle tough technical challenges*, we want to talk to you. Whether it's React Native frontends, serverless Node backends, or full-stack work, we have a lot of stuff to build and we need passionate folks to help build it:
- Create and extend mobile apps, web portals and backend systems that enable clinicians to help more patients per day
- Optimize our omni-channel engagement platform with rich experimentation to reach patients with the right message at the right time
- Innovate ways around the limitations of existing medical systems with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Build a unified analytics platform that demonstrates our impact to our Partners
- Develop novel logistics, algorithms and coordination backends, tackling NP-complete problems at scale
If any of these sound interesting, Sprinter could be the right place for you. This is your chance to build something truly 0 to 1.
*If you want to grow faster than you ever could at a big company*, we want to talk to you. If you're early in your career with a couple years under your belt and want to grow under the mentorship of former Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Uber engineers and product managers, the best way to learn is with real responsibility to make real decisions, and as one of the early engineers at Sprinter, you'll have that. With over $37M in funding from 4 of the top 10 VCs in the world and plenty of room for the company still to grow, getting in now is a recipe for success.
*If you want to make a difference*, we want to talk to you. Jeffrey Hammerbacher was right: "The best minds of my generation are thinking about how to make people click ads. That sucks." I've done the Google and Facebook thing for a decade. Was it personally rewarding? Absolutely. But now I want to do something more directly for others, which is why I started this company.
If any of this sounds like something you'd want to be a part of, just let me know. I'd really love to chat.
