Vimond offers a cloud based platform for video content management and delivery, used by  broadcasters, distributors and content owners around the world to efficiently manage their online OTT and live video services. In addition we have Vimond IO, a revolutionary cloud based, frame-accurate and high quality video storytelling application running in your own browser.

 What you’ll do:

You will join a highly talented and friendly team developing compelling online video streaming services used by broadcasters and content owners globally.

You will have flexible work hours, and develop products and services that are core to some of the biggest brands on the planet.

You will solve complex video workflow cases, and be involved in technical research and development to enable continued innovation of Vimond’s VIA SaaS streaming platform and its services.

 Required skills:

• Relevant higher education or long experience
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Produce clean and understandable code
• Successful background from similar role (3+ years experience)
• Comfortable showing initiative, taking ownership of tasks, and at times working independently.
• Understanding of and experience with code repositories, pull requests, infrastructure as code, containers, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Extensive experience in at least two of our core technologies:
• Video (formats, encoding, GOP sizes and framing, adaptive bitrate streaming, digital rights management, players)
• Node.JS and API integrations
• Java / Microservices
• JavaScript / React / Redux
• Amazon Web Services (EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, Lambda, CloudFront, ECS, and CloudWatch)
