The Opportunity:

As a Solutions Architect, you are passionate and aren’t afraid to get hands-on with all things technology, have an eye for detail, and are driven by helping people address real business challenges by using your skills to develop innovative and creative solutions aligned with Cyara’s solution offerings. You love interacting with people and building lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.

Some of the key responsibilities are to:

  • Demonstrate a high level of expertise and competency with our products.
  • Develop trusted relationships with prospects and clients to design and architect effective and innovative solutions that are aligned with their challenges and needs.
  • Provide consultancy and thought leadership to clients educating them on testing strategies, methodologies and best practices within the IVR and contact center domains.
  • Work side-by-side with the wider sales team to win new business, promote Cyara’s vision and grow our footprint with existing customers.
  • Take ownership and responsibility of all technical activities during the sales cycle.
  • Actively participate and contribute to the delivery of proposals, presentations, RFPs, SOWs and other sales collateral.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, workshops and webinars to educate clients on the benefits of our product suite.
  • Develop, lead and manage product trials and Proof of Concepts, including training potential customers

What You'll Need:

  • Strong technical experience with IVR technologies (e.g. speech recognition, speech application development, VXML, CCXML) and contact center technologies
  • A strong customer focus, with the drive and attitude to go “above-and-beyond” to deliver on commitments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and foster strong client relationships.
  • The ability to think “outside-the-box”, developing creative and innovative ideas and solutions to business and technical challenges.
  • A strong sense of professionalism, diligence and an eye for detail, consistently delivering work of a high quality.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, conveying and presenting effectively.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to be resourceful and work independently with minimal supervision as part of a virtual team.
  • Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in customer-facing professional services, consultancy, or delivery roles, and 5 years experience with IVR and contact center technologies.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel (estimate 30% of time)


  • Experience with the testing of systems and infrastructure in the IVR and contact center domains, and/or formal testing methodologies and processes
  • Working experience with scripting languages, or any other development experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies
