What you’ll do at Jamf:

The Channel Solution Architect’s primary objective is to partner within the Jamf Channel team to achieve sales and channel billings goals with our Global Service Integrators. This position will be a technical expert of Jamf’s offerings and ensure that our GSI partners have a technical resource to help build out service offerings with Jamf products. The position works both remotely and on site.



  • Be the main technical point of contact for prospective and existing Global System Integrator (GSI) partners.
  • Act as a solution architect to ensure GSI goals are met by integrating Jamf’s current and future products/services into their workflows.
  • Demonstrate Jamf products to prospective and existing GSI partners, either remotely or on site.
  • Work alongside the channel sales team on strategy & discovery sessions, to understand GSI requirements, and develop targeted technical solutions with unique business value.
  • Interact directly and foster a partnership with Apple’s GSI channel sales and SE team
  • Create or refine internal workflows and best practices to support continued growth of GSI sales and overall partner success
  • Represent Jamf by presenting at events and webinars.
  • Assist the global SE team via product testing and knowledge sharing.
  • Special projects as assigned


  • Previous GSI experience (preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 3+ years of technical sales, support, or services experience (required)
  • Expert knowledge of the Jamf products (preferred)
  • Understanding of Apple Enterprise Management technologies (preferred)
