As a Solutions Architect at Salsify, you will have the opportunity to engage with some of the top brands in the world to help guide them on the services and solutions that allow them to achieve their goals and objectives. You will work directly with our customers in both a pre- and post-sale capacity. During pre-sales, you will use your deep Salsify expertise to gather requirements, develop use cases, propose technical solutions and provide cost estimates and draft Statement of Works (SOWs). During post-sales you will create functional and technical specifications, run technical workshops, and provide consulting on APIs and the development of integrations on top of the Salsify platform. 

 

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • You will help our clients by analyzing their business processes, needs and strategies to document and validate required functionality and rationalize functionality with appropriate technology solutions.
  • You will work closely with clients to identify how Salsify can help them solve business problems while managing expectations within Salsify capabilities and offerings.
  • You will work with sales to lead client-facing technical requirements gathering sessions.
  • You will work closely with clients and Salsify delivery teams as requirements are being gathered to ensure comprehensive and accurate transfer of information.
  • You will develop clear and concise SOWs to ensure  customers expectations are set and our internal delivery teams  can manage to a well documented scope. 
  • You will Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  • You will establish a technical vision for complex, enterprise projects.
  • You will operate as the key liaison between Salsify’s internal teams acting as an advocate for the customer. 

You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:

  • 5-7 years demonstrated experience in the definition and execution of Enterprise software projects.
  • Worked in a SaaS environment. 
  • Experience in Business Process Analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Experience working with APIs.
  • Can manage large stakeholder groups.
  • Strong verbal, written, organizational, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoy travel, which would vary, but can be up to 25%.
  • Ability to demonstrate driving project solutions.
  • Thrive in crossfuntional environments. 

Bonus Points:

  • You’ve worked as a technical consultant.
  • You have familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processing.
