Solutions Consultant

As our client base grows, we’re looking for a Solutions Consultant who can help us work with both existing clients and new prospects to recommend how Ometria’s technology and product mix can meet their needs.

You know those annoying marketing messages you get every day. Well they're only going to get worse unless someone does something about it. Ometria's purpose is to help retailers create marketing experiences their customers will love.

We use data to truly understand each customer, and make sure that their experiences are ones they truly find valuable. We do this right now for 200 of the fastest growing retail brands, from to Hotel Chocolat, and for 200 million individual people across the world. We have (rather empty) offices based in London, New York and Southampton, and have raised over £25m from leading VCs like Octopus and Summit.

What will you be doing?

You will be joining our Professional Services team and working with one other Solutions Consultant across our SME and Enterprise clients. You will become an expert in the Ometria platform and able to articulate it’s value to our clients.

Your day to day will vary from scoping projects with existing customers and prospects to attending pitches with our sales team as well as running workshops.

You will be working closely with internal teams in Customer Success and Sales, providing them with insight and support when they have questions and you will be readily available to join these teams in speaking to their clients when they need you.

A bit about you:


You already have experience in an Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect or Technical Pre-Sales role. Experience within SaaS is ideal and experience in the eCommerce ecosystem would be a bonus!

Client Facing

You have previous experience of running workshops and attending client pitches. You know how to make prospects and clients comfortable.

Technical Knowledge

Experience with APIs (ideally REST) and an understanding of relational databases.
