Spacecraft Operations Engineer

・Supporting real-time operations during ispace lunar missions (on-shift and on-call).
・Interface with the ispace Ground Segment for Mission Control Software management.
・Interface with ispace sub-system engineering teams to develop/mature operational products,
tools, scripts, and automation software.
・Coordination with internal and external payload customers for operational readiness and execution.
・Support the development and execution of operational training activities for internal and external
members, and Operator Certification Process.
・Participate in milestone project reviews (PDRs, CDRs, ORRs, etc)
・ispaceの月面探査ミッションのリアルタイム運用を支援いただきます(シフトとオンコールの対
応があります)。
・ミッションコントロールソフトウエアを管理する地上セグメントとのインターフェース
・サブシステムエンジニアチームと連携し、運用製品、ツール、スクリプト、自動化ソフトウ
アの開発
・社内及び社外のペイロード顧客との運用準備の調整および実行
・社内外のメンバーに対する運用訓練、及びオペレータ認証プロセスの開発・実行をサポート
・マイルストーンプロジェクトレビュー(PDR,CDR,ORR等)への参加
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent
- Competence with Python programming language
- Experience in operations (Spacecraft, Payload, Telescope, Radio Station, Robotics, etc)
- Experience in procedure development, verification, and validation activities
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and on-demand
- 機械工学、物理学、数学の学士以上
- Python言語のプログラミング能力
- 運用経験(宇宙機、ペイロード、望遠鏡、電波局、ロボティクス、等)
- 手順書の開発、検証・確認の経験
- 優れた対人スキル、組織スキル、コミュニケーションスキル
- ストレス環境下の作業が可能な方
- TOEICスコア750点以上、または同等レベル
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Ground Stations
- Experience with Mission Control Software (Yamcs, SPELL, etc)
- Experience with data and telemetry display development (Grafana, etc)
- Core knowledge of at least one spacecraft sub-system (Communication, Propulsion, GNC, Thermal, etc)
- Experience with space standards and industry practices

- 衛星データとテレメトリ画面の開発経験(Grafana, 等)
