Spare Parts Inventory Specialist (m/f/d)

You are highly organized and have a good eye for details. You are willing to take ownership of the inventory and bring your warehouse experience to set the highest standards and assure stock integrity. You are a team player and willing to help team members in production activities if needed. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Receiving of incoming goods into the spare parts warehouse
  • Kitting raw material for production orders of spare parts
  • Fulfilling the Sales Orders and making sure the goods are packed properly
  • Loading and unloading material from trucks
  • Data entry and recording material movement in inventory management system
  • Conduct occasional stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain the spare parts warehouse area, ensuring it is always clean and organized
  • Help the production team with the assembly of simple parts if needed
  • Follow safety guidelines

 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse environment
  • Forklift license and forklift proficiency
  • Experience with an inventory management system
  • Multi-tasking ability and quick response to frequent priority shifts
  • Hands-on mentality 
  • Organized, detail-oriented and trustworthy
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Good knowledge of German and English language
  • Working knowledge of computers (Google tools, Microsoft Office)
