SQA Engineer

• Design and document test plans, scenarios, script or procedure both manual and automation testing.
• Perform manual or automated testing of Consumer Apps (iOS/Android), Back End System or Technology Special Project and took charge of the functions, content and usability of the products.
• Identify, analyze and document software defects, using bugs tracking software, and report defect to development team.
• Monitor bugs resolution effort in bugs tracking software or issue management system.
• Create/maintain testing documentation following team-wide document standards
• Participate on UAT of Consumer Apps and support application deployment to Production.
• Work with business and the development teams to understand product requirements (both business and technical). Also participate in product design review to provide input on functional requirements, product design, schedules or potential problems if needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, System Information, or any related major

• Have a good understanding of application lifecycle and application delivery including design, coding, testing, and debugging.

Experience in design and document test plans, scenarios, script or procedure both manual and automation testing.

• Proven hands-on experience with manual testing and UI automation

• Experience in both web and mobile automation platform (such as Selenium/Appium/Katalon)

• Experience with basic tooling like git, browser debugging, etc

• Knowledge of load and performance testing, security testing a real plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and planning skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Able to write technical documentation

• Able to triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams and ability to multi-task on multiple products and projects

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
