SR Business Systems Analyst, SAP FICO

Job Description:
 
·         At least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO
·         At least one FULL life-cycle implementations of SAP FICO related projects
·         Experience in performing detail system analysis, develop functional and technical specifications
·         Hands-on configuration experience in large-scale project implementations
·         Good knowledge in SAP BPC.
·         In-depth knowledge of AR, AP, GL, RR,  product costing, COPA and integration with other SAP modules.
·         Sound knowledge in intercompany processes, lock box and withholding tax.
·         Worked closely and other teams in design and implementation of SAP FI functionalities.
·         Accounting background and good process knowledge highly preferred. CPA is a plus.
·         Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, Analytical and Communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
·         Analysis and documentation of business requirements and creation of specification documents.
·         Design and implementation of solutions.
·         Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
·         Work effectively in a geographically and culturally diverse project teams.
·         Research SAP solution database and release notes for changes in accounting rules and international finance standards
·         Champion SAP ASAP based methodology for internal SAP project execution
·         Plan and implement SAP Local Ledger and Local Stat Reporting for various business units
·         Assist in designing and implementation of Revenue Recognition solution based on new FASB requirements
