The HR products organization is responsible for building products that are at the core of the Rippling offerings. We are looking for a leader for building out new HR products that will allow Rippling access into untapped market potential and launch across the globe! The products built by this team will be a significant driver for revenue and growth for Rippling as well as enable us to have a competitive advantage in the market. As with any start up and/or product, speed is critical and you will build a team and culture where ideas are prototyped and implemented at high velocity, while still maintaining a high quality bar for our customers. You will be given ownership of entire product lines, ability to drive the right outcomes for these products, and autonomy to drive the direction of this team.
What You'll Do:
This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees located in the below markets may expect offers in the below ranges for this role.
New York City: $240,000 - $300,000/year
Colorado: $204,000 - $255,000/year
A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above based on these considerations.
