Sr. Manager, Business Development
Enveda is looking for a Sr. Manager/Associate Director, Business Development to join our team remotely!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager/Associate Director of Business Development to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic partnerships, licensing deals, and other sell-side business development opportunities.

As a member of the Business Development team, you will report to the Chief Business Officer
You get to collaborate on:
- Develop and pressure-test messaging strategy on our platform technology and assets
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic partners and business development opportunities
- Work with scientific stakeholders to create crisp, well-designed slide decks and other assets for BD
- Assist the negotiation and execution of licensing deals, strategic partnerships, and other business development transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, clinical, regulatory, and finance to assess potential opportunities and develop business cases.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, industry stakeholders, and key opinion leaders.*
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
- Prepare and present business development strategies and updates to senior leadership and the board of directors.
Who will thrive in this role?
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD) preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with exposure to BD, or 2-3 years in management consulting.
- Strong understanding of drug discovery and development process.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.
- Expert powerpoint skills, attention to detail, and an eye for good design.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel as needed.
