The Digital Marketing team is dedicated to building and operating an efficient channel for acquiring, managing and monetizing SMB customers and free users. This is done by leveragingdigital activities to generate both pipeline and revenue for the SMB sales organization and by delivering a world class self-serve experience.
As the Product Lead for the Online Sales team, you will optimize the online self serve experience that is used by tens of thousands of small businesses throughout the world. You will lead the product vision and execution of features aimed at driving revenue growth and monetization of Box's products. You will have the opportunity to develop and test new acquisition funnels, upgrade paths, and onboarding to create a best in class online account management experience that has a direct impact on both revenue and sales efficiency. Strong candidates are highly analytical, collaborative and demonstrate an ability to juggle multiple requests and to push a project from conception to completion.
Drive the Online Sales Business Unit's product roadmap in order to hit revenue growth targets, and $30M+ in bookings annually
Work closely with Digital leadership team to build overarching monetization strategy in the Online channel
Build roadmap and backlog, working closely with many cross functional teams including Engineering, Design, Analytics, Systems, Sales, and Marketing
Work with cross-functional teams to author product requirements and collaborate with engineering to drive projects to completion
Partner with Acquisition and Web Marketing team in order to develop best in class top of funnel experiences aimed at optimizing customer acquisition through the online channel
Leverage key metrics and data analysis to test and iterate to drive stellar sign up, onboarding, upgrade and retention experiences, across the entire customer lifecycle
Work with Analytics, Systems, Marketing Ops and Sales Ops teams to improve efficiency and data quality throughout operational aspect of Online Sales
Engage with leadership team on a regular basis for strategy, execution and market discussions
3+ years experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a Product-related role
Strong customer and usability focus; experience in driving user-centered design projects highly desirable
Expertise working on web products, enterprise or consumer with a track record of driving user growth, engagement or virality
Strong background in quantitative analysis and the ability to properly set goals
Experience in leveraging analytics platforms to test, iterate, and optimize
Experience in integrating with billing and CRM systems preferred
Excellent organization and communications skills. MUST be highly collaborative
Natural leadership skills and ability to work acrossmultiple teams and with members at different levels
BA/BS degree from a top tier university, MBA a plus
