Position Summary:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $180,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
This is a remote position.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of direct reports, and own Talent Acquisition programs globally to support EarnIn’s growth
- Oversee and drive strategy and execution for Talent Acquisition operations, workforce planning, recruitment coordination, vendor management, and systems effectiveness
- Partner with HRBPs, Diversity Inclusion & Belonging (DIB), and Talent Management to build scalable people processes and programs that enable EarnIn’s rapid growth
- Develop and maintain reporting for internal stakeholders
- Manage Talent Acquisition initiatives for diversity equity & inclusion, employee referrals, events, and talent brand
- Partner with relevant stakeholders on change management initiatives, identifying risks, and developing communication plans
- Serve as subject matter expert on TA systems (Greenhouse, GEM, Talent Wall, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensure data integrity
- Design and implement Talent metrics dashboards and reporting
- Partner with People Ops partner to design and conduct interviewer training
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations or related
- 2+ years of experience supervising/managing direct reports
- Experience using data and data-driven insights to support the business by offering solutions in line with values and business objectives
- Experience in Learning and Development
- Change management skills - you can work through complex challenges with both employee and business needs in mind
- Actively thinks about their work with an eye toward inclusive solutions that increase employee engagement and belonging
- Passion for creating healthy inclusive organizations where culture is a competitive advantage for a diverse employee population
