Why this role matters:

As a member of the Vonage Business Applications Engineering team, this individual will perform administration and configuration tasks in a timely, secure, high quality, and efficient manner.  You will be working with Product Owners and engineering teams as well as helping to support the end users.

Where you will work:

Flex Worker - You will have home based days, but can be required to commute to the office for collaboration, customer meetings and presentations up to 3 days a week (exact days to be agreed with your line manager). The address of the office you will be commuting to is Pilsudskiego 69/73, 50-019, Wroclaw, Poland

What you will do:

  • Administration and support of Salesforce and related applications
  • Work with Business customers to implement solutions to meet their business requirements
  • Actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of salesforce applications
  • Configure, document, test, and deploy system updates in compliance to established IT controls
  • Ensure all work is completed with security and compliance goals at the forefront
  • Automate processes and integrate disparate systems
  • Performance optimization of existing salesforce applications
  • Stay current on new application features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Maintain an awareness of current system features and new technologies related to assigned applications
  • Consistently evaluate opportunities to improve applications and their efficiency for the Business

What you will bring:

Required

  • 3+ years experience in design, testing, implementation, and documentation of Salesforce configuration changes
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or above required
  • Expert level knowledge in Salesforce Flow required
  • Expert level knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models
  • Flow orchestration and the MuleSoft AnyPoint platform preferred
  • Comfortable working with approval processes, flows, lightning components, validation rules and, amongst others. 
  • Knowledge of cloud-based/on-premise infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations and definition/evangelism of best practices/standards

Desirable

  • BS or BA in Business Operations, Computer Science,  Information Services or related discipline preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, internal customers, high-level staff and external vendors, strong customer service orientation, good writing skills, ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to identify technical debt and process improvements
  • Energetic, self-motivated candidate with high productivity, creative problem solving skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
