Sr. Staff, Data Analyst (CX Product Data Analytics & Decision Science)

The team leverages both in-house and external capabilities to leverage large amount of data with statistical methods and machine learning techniques to deliver insights and influence critical business decisions in order to drive customer engagement, retention and growth. As our Senior Staff Analyst for Customer Experience(CX) Product Analytics and Decision Science, you will be responsible for design, implementation and oversight of the health of product-related metrics to enhance our knowledge about our customers and recommend growth strategy through actionable insights and product roadmap development, while empowering broader teams and stakeholders with statistical and analytic rigour.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Relentlessly identify new ideas and data sources to surface and solve difficult Customer Experience (CX) problems.

  • Systematically approach surfaced problems and generate scalable insights that will help wider stakeholders to create the best Customer experience

  • Build concise and effective communication strategies to engage, educate and convince senior leaders and evangelize data-driven business decisions

  • Provide thought leadership and be the subject matter expert on CX Product Analytics.

  • Distilling the vision and strategy for the team(s) to nourish passion and enthusiasm in data analytics and decision science

  • Collaborating with product owners, designers, program managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop product health metrics management framework.

  • Mentor a global team of product data analysts and business analysts 

 

Qualifications:  

  • Minimum 8+ years of analytics and relevant leadership experience

  • Proven record of delivering results based on critical thinking and detail-oriented approach with an aptitude for solving unstructured problems

  • Has experience translating data and insights into concrete and actionable recommendations

  • Has experience working directly with diverse range stakeholders, communicating complex results in a clear and concise manner under a pressure

  • Equipped with excellent fluency in SQL and Python, and/or R/SAS or any statistical package

  • Has bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience

 

Preferred:  

  • Advanced degree in Statistics, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience

  • Has experience in fast moving E-commerce environment

  • Fluent in English and Korean skill (verbal and written) is a plus but not required
