Sr/ Supply Chain Planner 

The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for the material planning and project management around demand and supply for one or more of our upcoming products. This person will collaborate with Production, Sourcing, Procurement, and Logistics Teams to make sure we are meeting customer demand while optimizing for cost and risk. 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate demand to create forecasts for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across multiple regions and supply chains.
• Partner with Production and Sourcing to account and adjust for CMO and raw material capacity constraints and demand changes. 
• Create rolling short- and long-range material forecasts for Sourcing and Procurement teams to plan and order against. 
• For assigned products, serve as project manager to oversee transition from R&D to Operations and ensure a successful product launch.
• Lead internal team when changes are needed to production, material ordering, inventory levels, etc. 
• Set target safety stock levels and work with Production and Inventory Management to achieve and maintain. 
• Partner closely with Products, acting as the supply chain operations representative for S&OP, to balance short-term and long-term demand and supply, while achieving financial and operational targets
• Manage and update MRP data for accuracy

Qualifications/Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or scheduling, preferably for out-sourced/CMO manufacturing 

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or other related field
• Strong familiarity with MRP/ERP systems, Netsuite preferred
• High proficiency in G-suite and MS Excel 
• APICS Certifications a plus
• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment. Problem-solving, collaborative attitude.
