What you’ll do:

  • Search for exceptional talent both within the MultiChannel/Multiplatform industry and other complementary industries.

  • Set and implement diversity and inclusion goals and priorities for the year and champion those initiatives

  • Manage candidates through the recruitment process; act as the connector between candidates and BSS, schedule interviews, grab feedback, extend and negotiate offers, and provide timely responses to all rejected applicants. Overall, keep the momentum going

  • Build a strong proactive candidate talent pipeline; Prep and post jobs to appropriate job boards / sites / colleges, etc., network through industry contacts, memberships, employees + recruitment events

  • Provide regular status updates to the management team + hiring managers of open positions and recruitment status

  • Conduct regular follow up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and approach

  • Identify and coordinate college recruiting initiatives, and assist with running the internship program

  • Report on talent acquisition metrics for the business. Translate these metrics into meaningful, actionable data that drive business decisions (Ie, Time to Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source of Application, Source of Hire, etc.)

  • Work with other members of the Talent team to lead new hires into the organization through a rigorous onboarding program


Must Have...

  • Minimum of 7 years experience recruiting/sourcing within a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting function at a Digital media, performance social media marketing or content company.

  • Strong knowledge of digital media or social media advertising industry/business overall and associated technologies and trends

  • Proven ability to source a pipeline of qualified and available candidates across multiple job disciplines and focuses

  • A passion for people. You should be smart, thoughtful, emotionally intelligent, and excited to bring out the best in people

  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, employment agency methods and operations, developed skill in interviewing techniques

  • Strong understanding of the An independent work ethic and drive, and the ability to remain extremely organized and resourceful at all times

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information

  • Must have some general knowledge of sports and or an enjoyment of sports. This will be tough to recruit and be passionate about what we're doing if you don't like sports.
