Sr Technical Sourcer

The Role
As a Sr Technical Sourcer at Synapse International you will be working to build up a consistent and continuous pipeline of candidates for our recruiting team. At Synapse, the process begins right here at the top of the funnel, so moving at the pace of our clients is critical to success.

As a Senior Technical Sourcer at Synapse, you will spend time developing candidate leads for our recruiters using LinkedIn Recruiter, adds, emails, social outreach, and any other means necessary to get candidates interested in our many jobs that we are currently hiring for. You will be interacting with our Account Managers and Recruiters to figure out exactly what types of candidates we are looking for, and you will initiate your search. You will send messages, and interact with prospective candidates until they are interested in speaking with one of our recruiters. Once you get their interest, you will "pass" the candidate on to a Sr Recruiter on the team that will take care of the rest of the relationship. Ideally, your work will directly lead to 100+ candidate calls per week for our Sr Recruiters.

The Requirements
- Expert in boolean search queries in LinkedIn, GitHub, Google, Stack Overflow, Angel List, Indeed, etc..
- Sourced and recruited for a many types of roles such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, Marketing, Sales, Mechanical Engineers Designers, E-commerce, C-level, VP-level etc..
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever)
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, converting potential prospects into leads for our recruiting team

Compensation includes competitive base salaries + 5% commission per hire made, 100% work from home.
