About the team + role

As a Growth Creative Producer at Robinhood, you'll oversee and manage the creative development process for all growth and social efforts across our marketing touchpoints. You'll lead end-to-end production of creative efforts that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Acting as a bridge between Creative, Social Marketing, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Legal, and Compliance, you'll ensure seamless collaboration and execution to deliver outstanding creative work. Your role will propagate a healthy creative practice, influencing production strategy, and impacting our team's execution and quality.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They have exceptional organization and creative project management skills, capable of independently leading a roadmap of projects and initiatives, sophisticated writing, business judgment, and a keen interest in creative operations.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee production development of multimedia content optimized for various platforms and user segments
  • Partner with marketing and creative to develop a creative playbook for our Robinhood social, performance, and growth channels, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and look and feel
  • Work closely with Marketing and Creative to develop creative strategies aligned with growth objectives and target audience needs
  • Develop quarterly project plans and owning day-to-day management and reviews of internal and external-facing campaigns for performance marketing and social efforts
  • Translate marketing requests into comprehensive briefs, SOWs, and RFPs for creative agencies
  • Responsible for bidding, hiring, onboarding, and managing external creative partners, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and timelines
  • Liaise with agencies to advise and steer production of social-first content for our owned channels
  • Apply user insights to creative reviews to ensure project objectives are met and brand integrity is upheld
  • Accelerate team efficiency by optimizing creative processes, developing workflows, toolkits, documentation frameworks, and resourcing strategies

What you bring

  • 10+ years of demonstrated ability as a creative producer focusing on growth marketing and digital advertising
  • Proven experience owning campaign development and defining and iterating processes, supporting creative and marketing teams, and managing the e2e of animation and live action production
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Workfront, Asana).
  • Superb organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively on an ego-free, collaborative cross-functional team
  • Familiarity with creative software and tools (Adobe Suite and Figma)
  • Passion for innovation and driving results in a fast-paced environment

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
