THE ROLE 
We are now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who wants to be part of our global HR team of 30 HR professionals across our European offices. Your local Stockholm HR team consists of 17 colleagues, including 6 other HRBP’s with different seniority levels. Together we support and inspire each other to develop both as individuals and as a team. Our aim is to co-create and foster a caring connected company where people love to be. 
 
The core of your role is supporting, coaching and advising our senior leaders related to e.g. leadership, performance, work environment, well-being and labour law. As a senior HRBP you will also coach, support and challenge our HR colleagues to enable a strong HR delivery and personal development by scaling your competence through others. You will be involved in setting and connecting the HR strategy, both locally and globally, with the strategic agenda of Netlight.  
At Netlight, we don't have bosses meaning each employee is supported by a Mentor structure and coached self-leadership; a lot of creative freedom that comes with great responsibility. This is why we are not looking for a manager but rather a senior leader who is strongly motivated by enabling self-leadership and growth in others and developing how we do HR. You will therefore engage in our Senior HR groups and forums, driving business and talent management on both local and global level. Together you are responsible for the HR functions’ delivery & direction, team planning & structure, business & resources planning, HR scalability, HR salary revision, cross-functional collaborations and development projects.

Qualifications: 
- You have a university degree in HR-related topics, Human Resource Management, Organizational studies, etc. 
- You have at least 5+ years of relevant HR experience as a HR Business Partners or equivalent. 
- You have extensive experience in working with management support in all HR processes such as well-being, leadership, performance evaluations, labour law and personal development.
- Experience of coaching and developing teams. Highly meritorious with experience from salary revisions. 
- An understanding of working with KPI’s to reach strategic HR goals and e.g. HR analytics. 
- You communicate fluently verbally and in written form in Swedish and are comfortable communicating in English (as English is our organizational language).
