About the role
WeWork is currently seeking a Strategic Growth Lead for the Sales team. You will be engaging and developing relationships with C-level executives, generating new business and closing deals for a robust pipeline of large companies across the West region.
Goals and Objectives
Reaching out to C-level executives and building long-lasting relationships with an intent to explore how WeWork can address the needs of their company
Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets – organize targeted business generating events, build relationships with industry leaders and influencers
Work on generating specific deal proposals and supporting them through to closing/signing
Manage high-level conversations with corporate heads of real estate, CEOs, CFOs, Heads of HR and other business leaders in target and prospect accounts
Work closely with Strategic Growth Leads and Account Managers to successfully complete and close live deals
Support Senior Strategic Growth Leadership, with a focus on strategic clients across West region
Support Strategic Growth events and operations strategy targeting the fastest growing companies across the region
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop Strategic Growth sales strategy
Working with Strategic Growth teams on improving our internal processes and communication
Focus on Strategic Growth sales and deal closing processes
Work in Salesforce CRM to efficiently track data
Communicate the WeWork brand and lifestyle to the community of large and fast-growing businesses in the country, and highlight our product benefits to corporate organizations
Experience and Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Master’s degree in a relevant vertical is a plus
Extensive B2B business development/sales experience (minimum 3 years if combined with other relevant experience)
Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM Salesforce
Skilled in Market Research and Analysis
Experience in consulting international businesses
Proven track record for generating new business from scratch and presenting to C-level executives
Exceptional work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
Proficient organization skills and multi-tasking skills
Experience in Hospitality/Real Estate sales is a plus
