Working in partnership with our client, the Strategy Director plays a critical role in driving this transformation.

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

You will be reporting to the Executive Strategy Director and work closely with the creative team based in Leatherhead at the client site

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Work in partnership with leaders of other disciplines to identify and convert opportunities for growth e.g. meetings with prospective clients, proactive strategic initiatives and think pieces 
  • Improve the way the Studio operates, particularly as it relates to the Strategy team with a particular focus on raising the bar of strategic and creative output.
  • Build strong relationships with clients.
  • Lead the strategic output for clients across all their social and digital content needs, and beyond. Often this will mean helping the client to understand and articulate what the role and application of strategy should be. This will span a range of digital activities including: Paid and organic social media, Ecomm, and Data-Driven Marketing (Precision, PRM, Performance)
  • Support clients in ensuring brand, digital and social strategy is effectively understood and used at a market level.
  • Be the expert in your brands, categories, and consumers. Use quant and qual research skills to uncover and craft fresh insights and use these to develop inspiring creative briefs and thought-provoking think pieces.
