Job Description:
As our first Strategy & Operations hire, you'll be pivotal in scaling our business. Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead a team to optimize processes, set strategic objectives, and drive initiatives for our two-sided marketplace
On a typical day:
- Independently solve open-ended problems, balancing complexity with pragmatism
- Launch innovative "0 to 1" initiatives
- Drive complex, unstructured, cross-functional projects
- Conduct analyses to inform decision-making
- Dive into the nitty-gritty of our marketplace operations, balancing supply and demand
- Lead and develop a team, prioritize initiatives, and proactively drive progress.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Customer Success, and Analytics
- Obsess over metrics to identify trends and opportunities for user acquisition

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in consulting, investment banking, or strategy and operations
- Startup experience is a strong plus
- Technical background (e.g., technical degree or full-time role)
- Excel/SQL proficiency, building complex analyses
- Authorized to work in the US
