Trilogy is the first of its kind to bring the successful web development boot camp model in house to academic institutions while supporting the entire student academic journey. Our platform combines coding curriculum, student recruitment, and career placement services to elevate graduates for increased job market success. We are in high-growth mode and rapidly expanding our family of partners.

Trilogy likes to build talent from within. Our student success managers are future P&L Owners. They have the much desired mix of detailed operator meets empathetic relationship builder. 50% Operations, 50% Student Experience and relationships.
 The student success manager will change people’s lives; and understands that students are investing in themselves . Whether students need a coach, an inspiration, or someone to tell them “where they should park”, the student success manager is their day to day POC for anything pertaining to their University class.


Trilogy defines success in 4 ways:

  • Placement Rate
  • Net Promoter Score / Student Experience
  • Student Start Rate
  • Revenue Collected

The Student Success Manager will own all 4 of these metrics.

  • Placement Rate – the student success manager will be responsible for integrating the outcomes team, career coach and employer network to drive a 99% + placement rate.
  • Student Start Rate - Ensure smooth transition from admissions to student.
  • Student Experience – the best marketing will always be our referrals from our Alumni network. Students must not only learn in this program, but the experience must be one in which they will always remember.
  • Revenue Collected – Once a student is enrolled, it is up to the Student Success Manager to ensure all payments are made and on time.

You’ll oversee your cohort’s day to day activities and the university’s operations including classroom experience, student outcomes, and cultivating a network within the University.

It is your job to keep students HAPPY and graduated.
