The Majors account team at Sprinklr EMEA manages some of the largest and well known brands in the world, ensuring they’re successful in their investment and partnership with Sprinklr’s People, Processes & Technology. As an important part of the Majors team the Success Manager, Majors will join a dynamic group with excellent growth potential and high expectations both internally and externally, working with some of the most innovative and exciting brands in the world.

What You'll Do

We are looking for an experienced digital services professional in our London office who will report into the Group Director, Majors EMEA and ensure the following outcomes from every local client deployment:

  • Make sure your customers are using the Sprinklr to it’s maximum potential, and they rave about it’s capabilities 
  • Keep your clients coming back for more, whether it’s renewals or adoption of new services 
  • Establish yourself as a trusted partner to your clients, if they need anything they know exactly who to turn to

What Are Your Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage some of our biggest and most high profile accounts 
  • Understand exactly what your client wants, don’t just listen… ask, probe, question
  • Problem solve any bumps in the road, and make it your priority to figure out how to stop them happening again 
  • Share your expert knowledge on social practices 
  • Build strong relationships with our internal business leaders throughout the Success team and the wider business 
  • Work alongside our Sprinklr Sales team to identify and encourage new opportunities within existing business 

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

  • Extensive experience of enterprise software management, and / or digital and social account management at a brand or agency
  • Love leading a team as much as you enjoy being part of it, which includes getting stuck in when needed  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine passion for the social technology universe (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube,Instagram, Flickr, blogs, G+, LinkedIn, wikis, RSS, social bookmarking, discussion forums and community software)
  • Tight deadlines and juggling a heavy workload is second nature to you 
  • Your fellow Sprinklrites may be asleep when you’re awake, so a degree of flexibility with working schedules goes a long way 
  • Direct experience in working with or for a social media management software company would be great, but isn’t essential
  • 4-year college / university degree; relevant post-graduate qualification an advantage
  • We’re a hugely international company, so any additional languages are always a plus

  • You’ve mastered the art of targeting the C level client as well as the practitioners 
  • The work you’ve done directly results in wider business success
