Do you take pride in your toolbox and know how to work a wet saw? Perfect! We’re on the hunt for a superintendent who is a whiz with hardware, repair, painting and more! With an office and multiple retail locations in Manhattan, you’ll be able to span the city doing everything from repairing millwork to window replacements. 

What you’ll do:

  • Hardware changes or fixes on major built-in elements
  • Repainting or special painting needs
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Repair to wood finishings or paneling
  • Window replacements and repairs
  • Door repairs and hardware replacements
  • Artwork and signage installations
  • Patch, repair, and/or refinish floors
  • Repair millwork elements (shelving units and/or long tables)
  • Repair/replace mechanical systems parts
  • Carpet installations

Who you are:

  • Able to lift at least 50 lb
  • A seasoned pro who has their own tool set
  • Equipped with a “no task is too small” attitude
  • Comfortable using a computer

Extra credit:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)
