Position Summary:

The Foreclosure Operations Supervisor is responsible for the operational effectiveness and efficiency the Foreclosure Operations Team. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the set up and maintenance of the Trustee Auction Events, Venues, and Auction IDs within the proprietary system and on the Auction.com website. 

Responsibilities/duties:

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any/all incumbents, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary.  Any non-essential functions are assumed to be other related duties as assigned.

  • Update, maintain, and distribution of the Foreclosure Support calendars, including associated Salesforce and PURe processes.
  • Oversee the distribution/scheduling workload required to keep all scheduled events/venues current according to the most recent Trustee marketing directives.
  • Ensure proper display of Foreclosure assets, events, and venues on the Auction.com website, this includes but not limited to the application of Auction IDs, activation/deactivation of events + venues.
  • Develop and maintain department venue resources, and maintains/updates MLH Venue Rolodex.
  • Monitor Daily Auction ID Audit Report to identify and resolve any Event/Venue related issues promptly and efficiently, in conjunction with Asset Allocation Team Lead.
  • Conduct training for the team on event and venue related department activities as required.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of event and venue specific reports used to track and manage daily auction.com Trustee operations and scheduling.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring MLH related enhancement projects and bug fixes, and will participate in UAT efforts.
  • Other department administrative tasks and special projects as required.

  • Demonstrate work ethic that provides a positive role model for all Foreclosure Support team members.
  • Demonstrate willingness to monitor both individual and team workload
  • Evening and weekend work may be required to ensure quality and functionality of team projects and processes.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with time-driven tasks and changing project requirements.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products with an advanced level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with all levels of management.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor of Arts Degree and/or a combination of education and work experience is preferred.
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years of relative experience in the Real Estate, Mortgage Lending, Customer Service or related industries.
  • Two (2) to Four (4) years of supervisory experience.
