Warehousing (regional WH)

• Coordinate the end-to-end warehouse processes, from inbound management to stock handling, storing, and order dispatching on a timely basis.
• Manage the inflow and outflow of all SKUs by using our Zoho Inventory platform.
• Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out.
• Secure workplace safety & health procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Supply Planning & Logistics (both vehicles and parts)

• Work closely with multiple Beam sites to acquire and consolidate demand information. (owner of KR parts availability)
• Manage logistics flows within the region.
• Communicate and collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external vendors in inventory changes, demand changes, and shipment status changes.
• Support new city launches by arranging all items needed for the launch.
• Handle SCM related payments issued to BMK.

Customs Clearance & Compliance

• Work closely with customs agents to secure smooth and compliant customs clearance.
• Take lead on all KC requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in supply chain related roles and specifically warehouse management related roles.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong understanding of overall Supply Chain processes (Plan, Source, Make and Deliver).
• Meticulous with zero error tolerance for Purchase Orders and reports.
• Strong data analysis experience handling datasets.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines despite challenges.
• Ability to engage different partners to achieve targets.
