Our focus is the development, manufacture and supply of exciting branded and own-brand beauty products, skincare, haircare and gifts to internationally recognised high street retailers. This is a fast-moving and demanding environment, with new product launches occurring throughout the year. We are seeking a Supply Manager on a one-year fixed term basis to look after our Supply function based at our Frome Site.

The Supply Manager is responsible for supervision of all aspects of the company supply functions, working closely with the Marketing, NPD, Demand and Planning teams at all three sites to ensure smooth running of production and supply, and meeting customer requirements. This includes:

• Ensuring clear delivery schedules are created and distributed to the Warehouse regularly.
• Maintaining a positive stock situation for all customers and ensuring deliveries are made on time.
• Ensuring the forecasting function is utilised within the filling plan and forecasts are maintained and reviewed on a regular basis.
• Liaising with the Demand team to ensure all demand is processed and loaded correctly.
• Liaising with the Planning team regarding forthcoming production, communicating clearly all requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing the day to day supervision of Supply Team personnel
• Attending weekly NPD meetings.
• Ensuring that all sales orders are accurately maintained to enable accurate data to be used for financial forecasting.
• Reviewing all “Out of Date” stock, approving and shelf life extensions, alerting the Technical team where required and updating the customer where applicable.
• Reviewing the stock holding reports to ensure a current Sales Order is in place
• Ensuring customers are issued with up to date information with regards to current outstanding Order Acknowledgements.
