Shifts: Fulltime - 37.5 Hours a week – shifts vary between 7:00am-11pm 7 days a week.

Salary: £17,000 per annum

We have a fantastic opportunity at Ocado Group for a Support Advisor to join our at our new Contact Centre in Sunderland!

This position is part of our crucial customer service operation and will be there to support our customers and our contact centre

We’re looking for people who have: 

  • Previous experience in an administrative / back office environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Confidence and a can-do attitude
  • A desire to work as part of a team and also independently
  • Excellent timekeeping, organisational and multitasking skills

If you do not have a wealth of experience do not panic! You may still be an ‘Ocado’ person. If you are hard working, passionate and have a commitment to improving your skills, our comprehensive training package will give you the start you need to make it.

The Role

As a Support Advisor at Ocado Group you will be part of the vital office operation that will support our customers and our colleagues. This will involve a number of daily, weekly and monthly tasks that will need to be managed and completed by our dedicated team.
