Support Extension (Part-Time)

As a member of the Support Extension team, you will be able to sign up for shifts on a weekly basis. During these shifts, you will act as our first tier of support, demonstrating compassion and eagerness to remove barriers our participants may be facing. Join our team and help make a difference in the lives of others, by enrolling people at risk of chronic disease in a powerful digital health prevention program.

Your Impact:

  • Resolve Tier 1 support cases with compassion and thoughtfulness
  • Process incoming applications with a strong attention to detail
  • Participate in special outreach campaigns
  • Support the full time team in various projects and participant outreach
  • Strive to make each interaction with participants meaningful

What You Bring:

  • Entry level applicants welcome but some experience in similar role preferred; compensation DOE
  • Warm effective communication via email/phone
  • Detail oriented and highly productive
  • Flexible; the ability to work in an unstructured & shifting environment
  • BA or equivalent experience

Note: Scheduled shift hours will vary each week based on needs of the business and our customers. Shifts are often first come first serve. This part-time, on-call role is best suited for those who value flexibility. Often Omada Health is not a person's only employer.
