As the Support Services Manager, you will act as the primary decision maker and point of contact for a small, growing Support Services team. You will be responsible for scaling and operationalizing the team for growth and you’ll foster the individual development of your team members for their long term success. Reporting to the Director of Client Enrichment, you’ll ensure that the team establishes and maintains its alignment with BoomTown’s strategic goals. This role includes program management, business analysis as well as workforce management responsibilities.
