We're looking for a passionate individual to join our innovative, hyper-efficient support team, based anywhere on the planet. The ideal candidate is a progressive thinker who will interact with and help manage all the incredible buyers and sellers that have made JadoPado into what it is today.
We're super picky about details and like to ensure that anything that we put in front of our buyers and sellers is absolutely top notch.
As a Support Specialist you will:
1. Compose emails and be able to chat with frigtening accuracy
2. Respond to tweets at the speed of sound
3. Work closely with other teams to pass through feedback and make recommendations on experience improvements
4. Ensure that all buyers and sellers are blown away with their JadoPado experience
