Job Description:
The SVP Commercial Practice Leader will be accountable for delivering revenue via multiple channels including our best-in-class technology application and platform, direct-to-consumer offering, brochure capability, and donation program. The selected executive will prioritize organic growth opportunities through an integrated strategy to deliver on the organization’s vision, purpose, mission and both long- and short-term goals. This leader will be transformational in building a high value commercial team while being purposeful in their collaboration with teams in our product, engineering, marketing, finance and manufacturing organizations to orchestrate excellence and deliver impact.

Experience and Skills we value:

The selected executive will be a purpose-driven champion of the Double Good mission and core values with at least 15 years of progressive experience in leading commercial organizations in CPG, e-commerce, retail or technology, delivering at least $100M in equivalent annual revenue. Advanced leadership skills at the executive level with strong fluency in organizational dynamics and team effectiveness are essential, along with being a strategic, long-term, critical thinker with a vision for future growth via innovative business models and novel approaches to opportunities. Prior experience managing a P&L with a high degree of financial fluency in a technology centric business strongly preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
