Reporting to the Global Director of Technical Operations, you will provide a high level of technical support and assistance for Whalar employees. As the main support for IT services, the role requires a passion for service and a genuine desire to engage and educate. Using your in-depth knowledge of technical customer service you will help solve complex technical problems, exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information, analyze technical questions and provide or develop appropriate solutions related to supported applications/functionality.
