The Systems team is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting the technology infrastructure. This includes, but not limited to, storage, networking, workstations, cloud, virtualisation and rendering. We invest time into training and mentoring. The Systems Support will be part of the Level 1 team (Frontend). They are the first responders to incidents and requests supporting all Framestore divisions.
Frontend support for all incidents and requests using JIRA service desk
Workstation configuration support (hardware and software)
Diagnose and replace hardware components
Responsible for managing assets and loan equipment, including relocation and provisioning
Interacting with artists on a daily basis
Produce and update documentation using Confluence
