Talent Acquisition Associate Benelux

This is why we are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Human Resources team and assist with our end-to-end recruiting. The TA will be based in our office in Brussels and will focus mainly in the recruitment needs of different countries.

What you will do:

• Work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to identify staffing needs
• Draft inspiring job descriptions and job ads
• Source candidates through online channels
• Drive the selection process, including screening calls, assessment and interviews
• Leverage our Applicant Tracking System
• Follow through with candidates and hiring teams during the selection and pre-hire process
• Build a strong network of candidates (past and future)
• Track performance metrics
  

Requirements:

• About you:
  • You have worked at least a year as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment
  • You are super confident with social media, ATS and professional networks
  • You speak and write fluently French and/or Dutch and English (any extra language will be a plus)
  • You love connecting and building relationships with candidates
  • You can measure and report your work results
  • You enjoy working in a team and take ownership of your work
