About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition associate, you'll work closely and collaboratively with other members of the People team and play a key role in building a high-growth global organization. You'll help facilitate a world-class recruitment process across the globe and recruit for key roles (tech and non tech) within the organization. As a key contributor to the talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the talent lifecycle for the business and help CleverTap continue to build a strong employer brand, as we strive to provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
What will you do:
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to strategically meet headcount & hiring goals
- Partner with key stakeholders to anticipate future talent needs and drive proactive sourcing and closing strategies
- Building market intelligence, prioritization, and understanding the value of providing exceptional recruiting services that scale.
- Influence hiring managers and leaders by becoming a strategic partner dedicated to improving the quality, speed, and diversity of hiring through our hiring process, candidate experience, interview/assessment plan, and more
- Lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to hiring- Thriving in an innovative, fast-paced environment using big thinking to problem-solving
- Own the employer branding strategy in partnership with the wider People team
What are we looking for?
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Tech Recruiter in a fast-paced B2B SAAS environment .
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of recruiting methods, assessment and selection, recruitment marketing / Employer Brand activation and Talent Intelligence
- Strong Project Management skills and ability to drive results, demonstrating a strong business acumen with an understanding of how strategic talent acquisition impacts the business
Good to have:
- Post Grad in Human Resources
- Tech savvy and a data driven mindset
- Familiarity with Social Media, job boards and Tech networks
