Working with Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for the full-cycle of recruitment and selection of tech and non-tech candidates with focus on potential, employer branding strategies and work with our team for the continuous growth and improvement of our environment.
When you join the team, you will:
- Work collaboratively with People & Culture team and leaders to understand hiring needs;
- Post jobs, evaluate resumes and schedule interviews;
- Source potential candidates actively through hunting and lots of networking;
- Interview candidates and lead selection and hiring processes;
- Assist in the creation of employer branding and hiring strategies;
- Provide feedback and follow-up so to create a positive experience to our candidates;
- Create and maintain relationship with our partners, such as educational and social institutions;
- Work on the continuous improvement of our processes and indicators.
What we'd like to see in a candidate:
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Previous experience in TA or as a Tech Recruiter.
