We are hiring a “Talent Acquisition & Insights Consultant” to our Talent Acquisition team in São Paulo, Madrid, London, Lisbon, Munich or Milan, part of our “People” organization at Gympass! 


  • Oversee talent acquisition system operations including integrations, maintenance, data cleanup, training and monitoring new product releases. 
  • Complete product ownership including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Insights, and technology assessment tools (such Codility).
  • Liaise with the data analytics team regarding the People Analytics dashboards, in addition to providing strategic direction based on data-driven decision making.
  • Research market insights and implement adjustments to the talent acquisition process based on changing dynamics e.g. increasing remote work opportunities.
  • Oversee sourcing strategies with recruiters, especially on senior roles and technology new hires.
  • Benchmark our organizational structure against other entities that are similar in maturity, industry and size.
  • Monitor and update the number of requisitions handled by each recruiter, and flag any irregularities.
  • Create and update training protocols including new hire system training, instruction manuals, and live training sessions.
  • Develop the organization’s first Employer Branding Dashboard to monitor our impact on social media channels etc. 
  • Propose collaboration opportunities with similar organizations in order to benchmark and exchange best practices.
  • Oversee the organization’s internal and external prospect pools and flag any further action.


  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, People Analytics, Operations, or Project Management.
  • Passionate about making order from chaos including a strong background in systems and processes. 
  • Able to make sense out of mountains of people data, and provide corresponding recommendations for Key Performance Indicators, and necessary clean-up action.
  • Collaborate across global regions and departments to reinforce proper usage of Talent Acquisition systems and tools.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English.
