Talent Acquisition Manager

Lviv, Ukraine

We have an opportunity for a senior recruitment professional to join our growing studio in Lviv. This person will be a key figure within the studio, leading on our recruitment efforts in Lviv, building a successful TA function and managing a team of TA Partners. With a very solid understanding of the talent market and technology sector in Lviv, this person will be instrumental in helping us achieve our ambitious growth goals.

This role will suit an experienced recruitment professional, looking to take their first steps into management, or an existing manager looking to enhance their skillset. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be supported by a very talented team of recruiters and will report into the Head of Talent Acquisition based in London.


  • Help mentor our savvy team of recruiters.
  • Act as a key point of contact in Lviv for all recruitment activities, relaying market information to the Head of TA and leadership team.
  • Bring a data driven approach to Talent Acquisition, and drive our talent acquisition strategy.
  • Develop & drive a cost-effective and candidate-attracting group Employer Brand strategy across multiple traditional and online channels
  • Design for a positive candidate experience and ensure positive touch points at all stages including application, interviews, and communication.
  • Champion our culture in all aspects of the hiring process, from content of job descriptions, training for hiring managers, as well as candidate experience leading into a measurable improvement in availability and selection of diverse candidates into the organisation.
  • Participate in recruitment events to drive awareness of the company and brand, speaking at panels and events and learning best practices.
  • Influence hiring managers within the business and across teams.

About You

  • Experienced working as a senior internal or agency recruiter, with a focus on direct sourcing.
  • Previous experience sourcing from mid to senior level roles within tech or gaming. Ideally with lower volume, high quality hiring for niche skill sets.
  • Very solid understanding of the talent market and tech sector in Lviv.
  • Able to mentor more junior members of the team and to act as a role model.
  • A strong candidate delivery/resourcing background with excellent analytical skills.
  • You’ll have bags of confidence to challenge recruitment requirements, business needs and have experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Experienced using up-to-date sourcing methods.
  • Knowledgeable of current recruiting trends.
  • Able to provide consultative support to hiring managers
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
