You role at zenloop:

We are looking for an exceptionally driven individual to help us hire A-players, work closely with our internal stakeholders and deliver a first-class candidate experience. 

You will help identify, attract, and assess active and passive candidates and guide them on their journey to becoming a zenloopie. As the champion for candidates, you'll lead them through the end-to-end process, connecting them to the magic of working at zenloop. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Hire the Best: recruit exceptional A-Players to join zenloops growing team
  • Be the expert: you are a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool
  • Partner with your hiring managers: Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
  • Candidate experience: Consistently ensure a fantastic candidate experience. Share the zenloop story, vision and culture and act as a brand ambassador
  • Develop a longterm recruitment strategy in order to facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs
  • Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates
  • Be a subject-matter expert in your specialist market
  • Implement modern sourcing/recruiting methods
