Do you love using data to tell a story? Are you someone who looks at a process and immediately thinks “there’s a better way to do this!” As Talent Acquisitions Operations Specialist, this role will help us drive our Recruiting performance to the next level, by recognizing where improvements and scaling can be made along on our continued journey of incredible business growth trajectory. This role will report to our Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition.

 


Responsibilities:

  • Build self-service report templates (e.g. Pipeline reports) for talent acquisition team
  • Coordinate background check, offer letter and pre-hire process of incoming employees and act as a bridge between talent acquisition, total rewards and people strategy teams.
  • Partner closely with our Financial Planning &Analysis team to fulfill data gathering requirements and requests to help us provide consumable reports which include: where are we behind, ahead or on track and provide insight into our future ability to deliver against the hiring targets for the quarter/year.
  • Drive and uphold rigorous data integrity standards.
  • Act as a greenhouse guru, knowing our system inside and out
  • Assist with executing events and recruiting coordination activities as needed

 Education, Experience, & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree
  • 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, reporting and operations or transferable skills experience
  • Recruiting operations experience desired
  • Consulting background a plus
  • Applicant tracking and reporting experience required with extensive ATS reporting capabilities (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Solid command of MS Office (including Advanced Excel skills)
  • Strong analytical skills along with maniacal attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility and a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem solving skills, with ability to determine root cause of issues
