We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 7 month fixed-term contract in Auckland or remote in NZ. You will own and coordinate the recruitment process from the time a role is approved until the new Lightspeeder has started, ensuring a great candidate experience and that we select the very best talent.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with Hiring Managers to understand the requirements/skills for each role within your home-pod
  • Gather approvals, craft awesome job postings, and design fit-for-purpose interview processes in line with our recruitment framework
  • Champion inclusion & diversity best practices in all our hiring processes
  • Keep track of your hiring data and regularly draw insights to continuously improve our processes and strategy
  • Implement new sourcing strategies such as alliances with unis and other partners
  • Evaluate resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, actively source candidates, and act as the first point of contact in the recruitment process
  • Complete reference checks and organise recap meetings with interviewers
  • Provide support to Managers and employees in the APAC region with any P&C related query they may have.

What you need to bring:

We’re a TA team of close to 50 people Globally! Our team is responsible for attracting top talent.

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition (In-house or Agency) 
  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in Product & Technology  ideally within Saas
  • Experience advocating for diversity of thought and mentoring others on the value this brings
  • Experience using social media, particularly LinkedIn, for sourcing candidates
  • Ability to work in a global and fast-paced environment
  • Proven stakeholder management skills at all levels of the business
  • Excellent communication skills
