IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL
- Source, recruit and engage best in class professional profiles
- Provide full life-cycle recruiting, screening, interviewing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, preparing and updating resumes, submitting candidates and negotiating rates/salaries
- Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Ensure candidates are receiving the best possible hiring and on- boarding experience
- Share best practices and take inspiration from the international People Experience team
- Have at least 3 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing with different types and seniority levels of professionals
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Are able to work independently
- Have a strong sense of urgency on all tasks and deadlines
- Are fluent in English
- Are a great team mate
- Are focused on results, not tasks
