  • Source, recruit and engage best in class professional profiles
  • Provide full life-cycle recruiting, screening, interviewing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, preparing and updating resumes, submitting candidates and negotiating rates/salaries
  •  Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates
  •  Ensure candidates are receiving the best possible hiring and on- boarding experience
  • Share best practices and take inspiration from the international People Experience team



  • Have at least 3 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing with different types and seniority levels of professionals
  • Have  excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Are able to work independently
  • Have a strong sense of urgency on all tasks and deadlines
  • Are fluent in English
  • Are a great team mate
  • Are focused on results, not tasks
